These are a nice variety of various stages of tree trunks. I especially like the second–decay and habitat for animals. I also like that you meander and discover themes; it means that you are open to the unnoticed and unseen as well as seen. Happy Photo Challenge.
It looks like you do the same sort of walking as I do–walk, take a photo, walk, take another photo, etc. 🙂 I’m off in a few minutes to do that very thing. Well-spotted and caught.
